When a client asks a private detective to help persuade his ex-wife to leave him alone, he says yes, figuring there’s nothing strange about that. Problem is, ‘ex’ refers to the fact that she died 10 years ago. Virginia Madsen was incredibly hot in this one.

Big laughs! Really big laughs! Jack Nicholson plays an out there character with more hang ups than a guy in a straigh jacket. He starts by dumping his neighbor’s dog down the trash shoot and it just keeps getting funnier. Helen Hunt’s is hot!
